Cici Coleman flaunted her toned frame as she showed off a one-month body transformation after moving to Bali on Tuesday.
The First Dates star, 35, took to Instagram to share before and after pictures taken four weeks apart where she posed in sexy swimwear.
She told in the caption how she was feeling 'so much better' after reducing her sugar intake and getting back to exercising after recovering from a surfing injury.

The beauty looked great in the 'after' picture as she slipped into a skimpy leopard print bikini that showed off her toned abs and ample assets.

'For the first month I found myself shoveling down my own body weight in food because it is so yum out here. My average of 15k steps a day was reduced to sometimes 3k because nobody walks here. Then I got an injury from surfing which KO'd me.

It comes after earlier this month Cici revealed she had been hospitalised in Bali after contracting 'Bali belly'.

The television personality - who jetted to the country in January to embark on a 'year of growth' - took to her Instagram stories to tell her followers how she has been hooked up to an IV drip to get fluids back into her system.
'Bali belly' is otherwise known as traveller's diarrhoea. Tourists visiting the country can suffer from stomach cramps, diarrhoea, vomiting, aches, and pains.
An under-the-weather Cici told her followers: 'It's all fun and games until it gets you. Currently laying in the medical centre somewhere in Bali.

'I've got Bali belly, which is a well-known thing here.
'There's so much bacteria in all the food here, it's kind of swept me off my feet a little bit. I'm just hydrating on a drip and then hopefully I'll be back to my normal self.'
A few days later, Cici updated her fans and told them: 'Thanks for the messages. Feeling much better after the drip. Chillaxing and taking it easy' (sic).
The star, who was as a waitress in Channel 4 show First Dates, has jetted to Bali for a holiday of self exploration and improvement.
She wrote in January: 'Learning to let go… There are so many things here that are throwing me out of sync, taking me FULLY out of my comfort zone, and I am trying my very hardest just to surrender and let go of expectations.
